- Are you legally able to dispense my prescription?
Yes, we are a UK regulated chain of pharmacies with physical locations in the South East of England. The online pharmacy operates from a location in Plaistow, East London which has a team of GPHC UK registered pharmacists and dispensers who will process and prepare your prescription, in addition to housing our dedicated online customer services team ready to assist with and answer your queries.

- How do I locate a specific item?
At the top of the website you’ll find a search box where you can enter the name of the item you are trying to locate and click on the magnifying glass for a list of the closest matching products.

- I can’t find the item I’m looking for?
If you are unable to locate the item you are looking for then please call our customer services department and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
- Is Forever Pharmacy a real pharmacy?
Yes. At the foot of our site you’ll find our Registered Internet Pharmacy Logo. This means that we are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, the independent regulator of Pharmacists in Great Britain. The logo allows you to check the registration details of our pharmacy.
- Is it safe to give you my credit card details?
When you place an order, it is done over a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you provide before it makes its way over to us. Furthermore, we are fully compliant with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1999 and we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given to us.

Yes, we will never share your details to a third party. You will automatically sign up to our newsletter, containing exciting offers and promotions, when you register with the website but you are free to opt of receiving the newsletter at any time.
- Is the order delivered discreetly?
Our orders are always sent in plain discrete packaging with no indication of its contents. We do not place our name or logo on the package.

For your order to be delivered a signature will be required to ensure the order has reached the correct address. If you are not in when we attempt to deliver the package, the item will be taken to your local post office collection centre and from there you can collect the package.
