Whilst every effort is made to update the information contained on this website, neither the Website Owner nor any third party or data or content provider make any representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, opinions, research information, data and/or content contained on the website (including but not limited to any information which may be provided by any third party or data or content providers) ("information") and shall not be bound in any manner by any information contained on the website. The Website Owner reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of this website. No information shall be construed as advice and information is offered for information purposes only and is not intended for trading purposes. You and your company rely on the information contained on this website at your own risk. This website should not be used as a replacement for advice from a medical professional. If you find an error or omission at this site, please let us know.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
Once you have placed an order, if we are unable to ship any part of itwe will inform you of this as soon we are aware, we may at our sole discretion, either send you part of the order that is in stock or remove item(s) from the order.
All deliveries are estimated dates only and not guaranteed.
If your order consists of specialist luxury items, fragrances or electrical items, these may take slightly longer to dispatch from our warehouse due to the size and weight of the product(s).
Our current delivery charges are as follows and are subject to change at any time, however you will be advised of the current charges at the time of order placement if they are different to the prices stated in these terms and conditions:
Please note we’re unable to ship Prescription Medicines to destinations outside of the United Kingdom.We are legally only able to dispense medicines for you when we have received either an electronic prescription which has been digitally signed by a prescribing doctor or alternatively a conventional paper prescription signed in writing by a prescribing doctor. Prescriptions are issued entirely at the discretion of the prescriber. Forever Pharmacy cannot guarantee that a request for a prescription made through the NHS Prescription Service will result in a prescription being issued by the prescriber.
3.1 Within the U.K
Delivery is FREE for all UK orders over £40.
We use a selection of proven couriers including Royal Mail depending on your location and weight of your order.
Orders received before 4:00pm are normally picked and dispatched on the same day and will usually be delivered to you within one to five working days anywhere in the UK depending on the delivery service you select (there may be delays to the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands). Orders for large quantities, special requests or disability aids may take a little longer.
We offer the following range of delivery options:
- Free First Class Delivery (on all orders over £40) - Orders for all Prescriptions products will be delivered free by Royal Mail 1st Class. The delivery time for your 1st Class delivery is normally the next working day including Saturdays. In a very small number of cases the Royal Mail may not meet this service level. In this situation please allow 7-10 days from dispatch before contacting us.
- First Class Delivery (£4.95) - The orders will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class. The delivery time for your 1st Class delivery is normally the next working day including Saturdays. In a very small number of cases the Royal Mail may not meet this service level. In this situation please allow 7-10 days from dispatch before contacting us.
- Second Class Delivery (£3.95) - The orders will be delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class, the delivery time for orders is normally 2 to 3 working days including Saturdays. In a very small number of cases the Royal Mail may not meet this service level. In this situation please allow 10-15 days from dispatch before contacting us.
- Express Delivery (£7.95) - Orders placed before 4.00pm will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This is a guaranteed next day delivery before 1.00pm to 99% of the UK. Please note that delivery times are in business days, and that for orders placed on Monday to Thursday before 4pm, you should receive your goods the next business day. Orders placed by 4pm on Friday, should be received by Monday (except Bank Holidays). All items ordered must be in stock. A signature will be required for this service.
- Express Delivery - Saturday (£11.95) - Orders placed before 4.00pm will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guarantee service. This is a guaranteed next day delivery before 1.00pm to 99% of the UK – including Saturdays. All items ordered must be in stock. A signature will be required for this service.
Orders containing Prescription Medicines including controlled drugs and other medicines will require a signature on delivery. You need to ensure that someone approved by you is able to sign for the delivery. Please note that deliveries are made to the delivery address you supply to us. Re-dispatch of any returned orders may incur an additional delivery charge.

If your item(s) are returned back to us for whatever reason, we will resend the items subject to a redelivery charge. We will be unable to refund actual delivery costs.
3.2 Returns and Exchanges
Return of unwanted items
We offer a 28 day return policy for unwanted items as long as they are returned in a saleable condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging and condition with all tamper-resistant seals and cellophane intact and unopened.
If for any reason you wish to return your item(s), please email our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, name, address, date of order, product details and reason for return, or call us on 033 0606 1444. We will raise a return on your order for the item(s) being returned and provide you with a returns authorisation code.
Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken.
All unwanted items should be received at Forever Pharmacy within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt of them. After this date, it falls solely within the discretion of Forever Pharmacy if a return or exchange will be accepted.
Return of faulty or damaged items
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Electrical and photographic equipment will only be accepted if complete with all leads, accessories and software. Any software must have its original seal intact to be accepted. Health and fitness equipment will only be accepted if dismantled and boxed as received.Electrical items that are returned and found to be faulty will be replaced only, if the original item is no longer available an alternative item will be offered of the same value. No refund will be offered.
All returns are evaluated before being processed.
Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer's warranty terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.
It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the item(s) are in a saleable condition upon return.
You may return damaged or faulty item(s) within 30 days of receipt of them. If an item is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.
Once we receive the returned items at our warehouse, you should allow a further 14 days for a replacement to be re-sent.
If you are not available to receive your items and they are returned to us we will charge £15 (or 15% if the order is over £100) restocking fee if you decide not to have the items re-delivered.
How to return an item
You must return items to Forever Pharmacy by using the returns and exchanges procedure.
Download the returns form PDF, fill in all of the required sections including your returns authorisation code and send it to us along with the item(s) you are returning.Please send all returns to the following address: Forever Pharmacy, 329 Barking Road, Plaistow, London E13 8EE.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You will be liable for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. For your own protection we highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service that insures you for the value of the items. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
For the safety of all of our customers, we can't accept the return of medicinal and food/drink products.
Please note that refunds will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take up to 14 days for a refund to be processed back onto your card by your credit card company
Your statutory rights are not affected
All returns should be sent back to, Forever Pharmacy,

Any refunds due back to you under conditions 3.1 -3.2, will be refunded via the same means as when the order was placed and by no other methods.
4. Promotional Discount Codes
4.1 Only one discount code can be used per order.
4.2 Discount codes cannot be used on prescription orders, Online Doctor services or trade orders.
4.3 Discount codes can only be used for one order.
4.4 The discount code will expire on the date specified in the terms relating to the discount code and cannot be used after this date.
4.5 Discount codes have no cash redemption value and cannot be transferred or assigned.
4.6 If the specific terms relating to the discount code state that a discount is subject to a minimum purchase amount, postage and packing charges do not count towards this minimum purchase amount.
4.7 You must not publish or distribute the discount codes.
4.8 We are not liable for any lost discount codes but if you do lose your code please contact our Customer Services team for further assistance at email@example.com or telephone on 033 0606 1444.

13. Medical Information.
You should be aware that information captured will be viewed by our pharmacy team. You should read all product packaging prior to using it. Please contact your doctor or medical advisor if you are unsure about whether you should use a product. You understand that Forever Pharmacy may share your contact details with the manufacturer of items purchased if they offer extended warranty or product aftercare. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.
Forever Pharmacy will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. Forever Pharmacy is unable to refund courier delivery charges. Courier delivery does not guarantee next day delivery. In the event of the parcel not being delivered next day, delivery charges will not be refunded. We accept no responsibility if your order is stopped by international customs. We are unable to dispatch dangerous goods such aerosols & flammables to international locations due to transport regulations.
15.1 NHS Prescription Services
All NHS Prescription Services provided by Forever Pharmacy are provided on a "best endeavours" basis. Requests made electronically from this website will be forwarded to your doctor as soon as possible. Due to the range of third party networks and innovative technology used for this transmission we are unable to guarantee a time of arrival of the request at your Doctor's surgery or absolutely guarantee that it will arrive at all. You are responsible for determining and checking if this request has been received.
Forever Pharmacy will endeavour to ensure that all Prescription Only Medicines (POM) prices are correct on the website. In some cases the prices may vary due to manufacturer price increase, product availability and/or special order requirement. In such cases Forever Pharmacy will contact you on receipt of the prescription to inform you of any price difference.
We are legally only able to dispense medicines for you when we have received either an electronic prescription which has been digitally signed by a prescribing doctor or alternatively a conventional paper prescription signed in writing by a prescribing doctor. Prescriptions are issued entirely at the discretion of the prescriber. Forever Pharmacy cannot guarantee that a request for a prescription made through the NHS Prescription Service will result in a prescription being issued by the prescriber.
We are not responsible for failure of third party companies' inability to deliver medicines to the correct address or within any particular time or date. You are responsible for signing for packages containing medicines but any signature provided by third parties at the delivery address given by yourself will be deemed to be receipt of the medicines and fulfilment of Forever Pharmacy’s obligations in dispensing that prescription.
You are responsible for providing written evidence of current and valid exemption from payment or alternatively providing valid credit or debit card details which may be charged if you are not exempt from payment. We reserve the right to not deliver medicines to you if your exemption or payment details have expired or are invalid in any way. In such cases we will attempt to contact you in such instances to enable you to provide updated information to allow us to dispense the prescription.
If your prescription medicines appear to be damaged or if the delivery appears to be wrong then please contact 0330 606 1444. We will make every effort to replace any damaged products.
15.2 Clarification of Prescription
The medical data provided online by yourself must match the information on the prescription. If there is a discrepancy we may need to contact you to clarify specific points. If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel your order and return your prescription to you.
15.3 It is your responsibility to ensure the medicine you’re purchasing complies with local laws.
15.4 Due to FDA (Federal Drugs Agency) we are unable to send any drugs to the USA that come under the control of the FDA.
16. Pricing & Purchasing.
16.1 Whilst we endeavour to ensure all Prescription Only Medicines prices displayed on our website are accurate, occasionally there may be some fluctuation due to manufacturer’s price increase or specific order requirement. In such cases we will contact you to advise you of the revised price once we have your prescription.
17. WEE & VCA.
United Kingdom is under an obligation to minimise the disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in domestic waste and encourage recycling, recovery and environmentally sound disposal. Forever Pharmacy is committed to promoting the reuse, recycling and recovery of WEEE by contributing to the appropriate compliance schemes. Certain electrical items cannot be disposed of in domestic waste but disposed of through an approved WEEE take back scheme. For details of your local collection facilities, please contact your local authority or visit www.recycle-more.co.uk. . As our contribution to helping the environment we offer a free take back scheme. If you wish to purchase an electrical item from us and would like us to dispose of your old item in an environmentally friendly way, please contact us. We can only offer this service when an old product has the same use as the new product being purchased. To use our service, please contact our customer services team.
Under the Waste Battery Regulations Forever Pharmacy are now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. Please return in person to Forever Pharmacy, 329 Barking Road, London E13 8EE (please do not post). Alternatively you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.co.uk and most supermarkets and public facilities such as libraries and Town Halls have a recycling drop off point.
18. Pet Medication Orders
For pet medication orders, you confirm you will use all licensed products according to the manufacturers’ datasheets, you are not buying for resale and you are happy for us to contact you if necessary.
19. Online Doctor.
The Online Doctor service presented on Our Site is operated by an independent third party, eScripts Marketing Limited (trading as PharmaDoctor). All liability for the service is assumed by them, please visit their website for their Terms and Conditions.No responsibility or liability shall attach to Forever Pharmacy for any advice, diagnosis, treatment and medicine prescribed by the Online Doctor service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances will Forever Pharmacy be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise) incurred during the usage of the service: (a) loss of emotional well-being including, but not limited to, any embarrassment caused (b) loss of data; (c) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (d) loss of business; (e) loss of opportunity; (f) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (g) losses suffered by third parties; or (h) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Online Doctor service regardless of the form of action. 20. BFPO Addresses
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses due to delivery restrictions / compliance requirements.
We are fully compliant with the UK Data Protection Act of 1998 and we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given to us
21.1 Information collection and Storage
When you buy goods or services from us we will collect and store certain personal information to allow us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status.
We will ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order such as a product recall.
For customers ordering pharmacy only medicines from this website we will ask for additional information to ensure that our pharmacists can check that the medicine is suitable for you to use.
For patients who wish to use our NHS Prescription service we will need to know whether you pay for your NHS prescriptions and if not the reason that you are exempt from payment. Additionally, we will collect information about your existing medical conditions and any prescription medication that are prescribed for you by your doctor.
We will collect and store details of all medicines and other products we supply to you, and also all medicines that you or your doctor tell us you may be supplied on repeat prescription.
We may occasionally use the information we collect to notify you about important functionality changes on the web site and Forever Pharmacy promotions we think you'll find valuable. You may notify us that you do not wish to receive this promotional information at registration, or at any time by following the instructions on the emails you receive.
We will use the information to look after your healthcare as best we can, and that may mean us contacting you in certain circumstances that are relevant to your ongoing care.
We may also disclose information to outside parties if we are required by law to do so. For example prescribers must be notified where a patient presents a repeat prescription and the pharmacist becomes aware of clinically significant issues arising in connection with that prescription. You have the right to confidentiality under the Data Protection Act 1998, the Human Rights Act 1998 and the common law duty of confidence (the Disability Discrimination and the Race Relations Acts may also apply).
We also comply with the NHS Code of Practice on Confidentiality and pharmacists have a requirement under their professional Code of Ethics to keep records about you confidential, secure and accurate.
All of our staff contracts of employment contain a requirement to keep patient information confidential.
21.3 Your right to view your health record
You have the right to ask for a copy of all the information we store about you.There may be a charge to have a printed copy of the information held about you. Your request must be made in writing to Forever Pharmacy. We are required to respond to your request within 40 days.You will need to give adequate information in order for pharmacy staff to identify you (for example, full name, address and date of birth). You will be required to provide ID, for example a passport, full driving license or credit/debit card before any information is released to you.If you think any information we hold on you is inaccurate or incorrect, please let us know.
